M1050 Series PLS
SAC-M1050-A10 Common Features Plus—8 PLS outputs, Brake Monitor or ModZ, built-in individual speed compensation for all PLS outputs, stores up to 8 independent, user-defined PLS programs/setups, external program selection.
SAC-M1050-M10 Common Features Plus—16 PLS outputs, Brake Monitor or ModZ, stores up to 60 independent, user-defined PLS programs/setups.
SAC-M1051-010 Common Features Plus—16 PLS outputs, Brake Monitor or ModZ, stores up to 8 independent, user-defined PLS programs/setups, built-in individual speed compensation for all PLS outputs—4 channels have multislope speed compensation programmable in 16 zones, external program selection, 8 NPN sinking outputs, Angle-ON/Time-OFF, flexible group assignment, RS-422A/RS-485A port (for serial communications).
SAC-M1051-R10 Common M1051 Features Plus—The 8 on-board relay outputs have electromechanical relay sockets installed.
SAC-M1052-010 "Glue Gun Control" Common Features Plus—16 PLS outputs, stores up to 16 independent, builtin individual speed compensation for all PLS outputs, user-defined PLS programs/setups, external program selection, LOW motion enable, and setup for additional A/D output scaling. Built-in glue gun control enables or disables 5 glue guns based on 3 external inputs detected during a programmable window.
SAC-M1053-010 "Registration Control" Common Features Plus—16 PLS outputs, stores up to 8 independent, builtin individual speed compensation for 8 PLS outputs, user-defined PLS programs/setups, built-in registration control, programmable reference position, programmable LOW and HIGH correction limits, and proportional registration control.
SAC-M1053-020

Same as SAC-M1053-010, with anti-repeat feature, programmable tach/position output, user-installable module for either tach or position output in either binary or BCD output format.

Note: For all of the above model numbers, replace A in "SAC-" with S for slave unit.
Replace C in "SAC-" with 2 for 220/240 VAC 50/60 Hz input power.
Relay Output Chassis
For use with PLSs with more than 8 PLS outputs and Power Output Relays. This can be used to expand M1050-M10, M1051,
M1052 and M1053 to 16 power outputs. (Relays not included)
ASY-RLYCH-08RL Chassis for 8 electromechanical SPDT relay outputs with built-in power supply.
(Note: use only with KSD-012DC-10A SPDT relay).
ASY-RLYCH-08SS Chassis for 8 solid-state relay outputs (or electromechanical SPST outputs using
KSD-A12DC-10AMP relays) with built-in power supply.
Note: For 220/240 VAC unit, change the Y in "ASY-" to 2

CBL-RLYCH-DA4 15-conductor cable with overall foil shield, 4 ft. length, and sub D connector on both ends

3. Plug-in-Modules (For use with Model M1052 PLS & M1056)

ASY-M1052-8PTA Above with addition of 4-20 mA analog velocity output
4. Position Transducers
The M1050 Series PLSs requires a single-turn resolver as an input device, such as AVG Automation's RL100, RL101, E7R, or E8R series of resolvers. Please see “How to order” information on position transducers and appropriate accessories, such as interconnect cables, mounting brackets, couplings, etc.

Serial Communications adaptor, cable and software
SAC-RS232-485T Adaptor for RS-232C to RS-485A. Required if a PC is used to connect to the M1051.
CBL-232MF-9Pxxx Serial cable for connection of PC to RS-232 port on RS-232C to RS-485A adaptor. Note: xxx = length in ft, 010, 020, 050, and 50 ft. increments, e.g., 100, 150, 200 ft., etc.
